1. File and Folder: File storage is the fundamental unit responsible for storing important programs and documents. Depending on the type of file, Windows will display a different icon. A folder is the area on a computer that stores files, other folders, and shortcuts. Management Windows, people sometimes refer to folders as directories. An excellent example of this concept is the manila folders used in an office to store documents or reports.
2. Control Panel : Users of Microsoft Windows have the ability to modify the hardware and software components of their computers via the Control Panel. Managemnet Windows, the Control Panel allows users to make adjustments to a variety of settings, including those pertaining to the keyboard, mouse, display, sound, and network, to name just a few examples. 3. Setting Date and Time :

How to open Date and Time
- Click Start.
- Enter the date, and be sure to hit the Enter key if the Date & Time settings are highlighted.
- On the date and time window, you will have access to the majority of the options that pertain to the date and time. It is necessary to click the Additional clocks or Add clocks for other time zones option in order to have access to the date and time window that is stated on this page.
4. Clip Board :
A area in the memory of a computer, phone, or tablet that temporarily saves text or other data that has been cut or copied is referred to as the clipboard. This region is also known as the pasteboard. After saving anything to the clipboard, you can copy and paste it to a new location as many times as necessary. The information on the clipboard will remain there until you either cut or copy anything else or log off of the computer.
A user may, for instance, copy material from a word processor and then paste it into an email message when they are sending it. Copying and pasting from the clipboard several times results in identical information being copied and pasted multiple times. When a user copies anything else, the newly copied information replaces the previously copied information on the clipboard.
