You can use the View tab to switch between the Normal or Master Page view, as well as the Single Page or Two-Page Spread view. Furthermore, this tab provides you the ability to customize the display of borders, guides, rulers, and other layout tools, as well as the ability to zoom in and out of your view of the publication and manage any active Publisher windows.

Print Layout : The default view displays the content in the same format as it would appear on paper.

Web Layout : It presents the material in the same format as it would appear on a web page.

Outline : This feature shows the document in outline format, as well as the contextual tab for outlining.

Draft : This mode displays the document in draft form, facilitating rapid modification. While using this view, some components of the page, such as any headers or footers, are not accessible to the user.

Ruler : This feature allows the display of the ruler(s) to be toggled.

Gridlines : This feature allows the appearance of gridlines to be toggled.

Navigation Pane : The display of the navigation task pane may be toggled on and off. A mix of the Find, Document Map, and Thumbnails functions is what you get.

Zoom : This button brings up the “Zoom” dialog window. Alternatively, you can access this by clicking on the displayed view percentage in the status bar.

100% : The zoom is equal to one hundred percent of its regular size. This feature offers a swift method to return to the original size.

One Page : You may adjust the zoom so that the application window can accommodate the whole website.

Two Page : Adjust the zoom so that the program window can accommodate two full pages.

Page Width : The zoom should be adjusted such that the width of the page is the same as the width of the window that contains the application.
